Actually consuming lemon juice can also be helpful and it's easy to do this just by squeezing a few drops from a fresh lemon in the water that you drink. Something else that works in a similar way is apple cider vinegar and it can be applied directly to the area that affects you. There are lots of benefits to drinking apple cider vinegar and you only have to mix a tiny amount of it with water.
