Find New Options For Your Acne Treatment And Prevention

Stop stressing out over everything. While stress doesn't directly cause acne, it can make it hard for your immune system to deal with an existing case.

Refrain from touching your acne. Fingers have a lot of oil and dirt on them, which is the last thing you want on acne-prone skin. Acne sufferers need to make a conscious effort to stop touching their face. Don't rub your nose or rest your face on your hand, as these can worsen your acne problem.

You can use honey to get rid of acne. Mix some honey with cinnamon and put it on your face. After about 10 minutes, rinse it off. It will give your skin a smooth appearance and get any waste or excess oil off of your face.

Acne breakouts can be easily reduced by washing your skin twice daily with gentle soap and water. Rinse your sudsy face with cool water. Also, wash your face after a workout to avoid acne. Avoid scrubbing your face too hard trying to scrub pimples off your face. That won't help, and will even make skin breakouts worse!
